● By registering with Willo LAN your contact details are stored in the Willo LAN Database being only accessible to the Willo LAN Administration Team. Willo LAN values your privacy and no personal details submitted onto this site will be given to any third parties.
● As part of registering with Willo LAN, a mailing list is an option available in your account settings. If you have recieved an email from Willo LAN mailing list and you do not wish to recieve them further please login to your account settings and de-activeate your subscription to the mailing list.
● Your Internet Address (IP) will be logged when accessing certain pages of our website. This is logged purely for tracking purposes of security. It is possible that if an IP address if found to be causing hazardous or malicious acts on this website that the IP may be banned temporarily from accessing functions of this site.
Willo LAN Event Terms and Conditions
● Willo LAN's role in an event is to provide an network for it's attendees. Willo LAN does not take any responsibility for the content and the nature of information being transmitted across the network. This is the sole responsibility of the LAN attendee.
● Willo LAN is open to all ages. Viewing and sharing of material not appropriate to persons of all ages is not permitted
● Willo LAN do NOT take any responsibility for the behavior and property of LAN attendee's.
● Willo LAN Attendee's are expected to behave in a responsible manner and their own equipment is their own responsibility
● Willo LAN accepts no liability for any damage caused by, or to LAN attendee's equipment
● Willo LAN accepts no liability for any injury caused by, or to any LAN attendee at any time during the event
● Consuming or distributing of any illegal and illicit drugs (including alcohol) is not permitted at any time during Willo LANs on the LAN venue
● Willo LAN attendee's MUST NOT tamper with Willo LAN equipment, or the equipment belonging to others without the specific permission of the equipment owner(s).
● Willo LAN costs $15 and is payable upon entry to event or if pre-paid by direct debit.
● Willo LAN attendee's are not entitled to any refunds for any reason
● All Willo LAN attendee's are required to make entry payments before setting up their equipment
● Willo LAN reserves the right to deny entry to anyone at anytime
● Willo LAN reserves the right to search your belongings at any time for prohibited items or stolen goods. A LAN attendee's refusal to comply will result in being asked to leave the event and/or the police being contacted
● Willo LAN attendee's who disregard the terms and conditions or specific requests made by the Willo LAN Admins will be requested to leave the event.
● Not complying to the above rules may result in a ban from future events
